We offer a unique, fun-filled setting for your event. Our Party Room in the Studio may be used for art parties which include a class. Please read the following information carefully as we want your special day to be most enjoyable!
Terra Studios is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily; however, extended hours are available by special arrangement.
The Party Room is a perfect if you want to have a birthday party, shower, or some other get-together with an art class. The rental fee for the Party Room is $60 for a maximum of 2 hours (excluding class time.) This amount is due the day you book your event. There is an additional $40 cleaning fee and potential damage fees if rental agreement standards are not met. In such a case, these amounts would be charged after the event. For this reason, the renter must leave credit card information on file with the gallery until after the event. An attendant will be present during your event; if you need extra set-up time there will be an additional $15/hour fee. The costs for classes vary depending on which class your group wants to take. The minimum group size for parties is 6; the maximum depends on the class you choose.
You may also wish to ask about brown bag lunches ($10.50 each w/ a baby bluebird included!) For birthday parties, ask about face painting or balloon animals ($25/hour each, 1 hour minimum.) Classes available along with age range and costs will be provided.
Please complete the request form below. Your requested date and receipt of $60 must be confirmed with our scheduling coordinator. Because class materials and food must be ordered in advance, the costs must be paid three (3) weeks prior to your event and is non-refundable. Any balance is due two (2) weeks prior to your reserved date.
